TeleClinic provides virtual healthcare consultations, connecting patients with doctors remotely. TeleClinic offers quick online appointments, saving patients from waiting ages for in-person visits and long waits at the clinic. With the TeleClinic Web App as a complementary version of the Native App, users can conveniently access the service through the web browser. Additionally, the TeleClinic Web App is integrated into partner apps such as ADAC, Europe's largest automobile club, DAK, and AOK, one of Germany's largest health insurance providers.
Developing and optimizing the experience within the patient web app.
Designing the interfaces and user flows of the patient product (mobile and desktop), optimizing the user experience based on quantitative and qualitative data, conducting usability tests with the target audience using click dummies and prototypes
