Problems and Solutions
Balancing the preferences and objectives of different stakeholders, including clients, developers, CTO, and users, was challenging.
I encouraged open communication and collaboration among stakeholders through regular meetings, and design reviews to align objectives and expectations.
With a small development team and therefore smaller time frames, the possibilities in terms of development scope were limited.
I have tried to simplify solution proposals by implementing the most straightforward but equally effective solution.
Result
Nexboard is a web-based tool to collaborate in real time. With Nexboard, we have successfully developed a lean, user-friendly whiteboard solution that has attracted lots of interest, particularly in the education sector. Its intuitive interface and collaborative features make it an ideal tool for enhancing classroom interactions and facilitating remote learning.
